On a fateful day in August of 2011, the Gnome Council of Central Europe had an emergency gathering. The subject was the great city of New Orleans and the scourge of good taste that was plaguing the city. It was decided on that day that a brigade of Gnomes would be sent to level the playing field. On 11/11/11 the army arrived, emerging at sunrise from the river at Bywater Point (otherwise known as the end of the world). From their home base in South Louisiana, The Blue Gnome Brigade travels the world battling good taste and it’s terrible influence on the world. The Blue Gnome Brigade are sometimes joined by the Emerald City Suffragettes.
